About the role

Exact Star Subic Bay Corporation is seeking a talented KOREAN BILINGUAL to join our dynamic team in Olongapo City Zambales. This full-time position is crucial in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As a Korean Bilingual, you will be the bridge between our company and our Korean-speaking customers, ensuring seamless communication and a superior customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide first-class customer service to Korean-speaking clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Effectively communicate complex information in both Korean and English
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continuously seek ways to improve our processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both Korean and English, both written and spoken
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
