About the role

Exact Star Subic Bay Corporation is seeking a talented KOREAN BILINGUAL to join our dynamic team in Olongapo City Zambales. This full-time position is crucial in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As a Korean Bilingual, you will be the bridge between our company and our Korean-speaking customers, ensuring seamless communication and a superior customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide first-class customer service to Korean-speaking clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Effectively communicate complex information in both Korean and English
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Continuously seek ways to improve our processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in both Korean and English, both written and spoken
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
