At Neksjob Philippines, we're seeking a skilled Broadband Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing broadband customers.

Your primary role will be as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and service requests. You will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell broadband services, meeting and exceeding individual sales targets through proactive account management.

To achieve this, you will assess customer requirements and provide customized broadband solutions. Regular check-ins and account reviews will ensure customer satisfaction, working closely with technical support to resolve customer issues and maintain service quality.

You will also communicate updates regarding service improvements and new offerings, staying updated on industry trends, competitive products, and customer preferences. By utilizing market insights, you will enhance client strategies and recommendations.

Accurate records of customer interactions, account status, and sales activities will be maintained, preparing and presenting reports on account performance and customer feedback.

We require applicants to have at least a high school diploma (old curriculum) or its equivalent. Having both technical and sales experience is a significant advantage. Although BPO experience is not mandatory, excellent communication skills are essential.
