Job Summary:

Neksjob is seeking a Broadband Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing broadband customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for account inquiries, issues, and support.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell broadband services and products.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive account management.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate broadband solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve customer issues and ensure service reliability.
  • Provide customers with updates on service changes, upgrades, and new product offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions.
  • Use market insights to inform client strategies and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account status.
  • Prepare reports on account performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
  • With or Without BPO experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work onsite

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
