Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator Officer to join our team at 8990 Housing Development Corporation.

  • This role involves providing administrative support to the back office, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
  • The successful candidate will assist in receiving and directing phone calls, emails, mail, and messages, including documents.
  • Secretarial and administrative support to senior management, executives, and the Board of Directors will be provided.
  • The Admin Support Officer will oversee general and administrative services for the Mandaluyong Branch.
  • Key responsibilities include setting up meetings and conferences, collating materials and reports for meetings, and arranging accommodations, airfare tickets, transportation, and entertainment for company visitors and managers.
  • Supervising support staff, including drivers, messengers, housekeeping, and security personnel, is also crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Secretary/Admin Support Officer, reporting directly to senior management or executives, is required.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with excellent multi-tasking abilities, are essential.
  • Excellent soft skills, such as communication, time management, and trustworthiness, are also necessary.
  • The ideal candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working in the Mandaluyong area is also a requirement.
  • Applicants must be ready to start as soon as possible.
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays is a plus.
