Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process daily financial transactions using Xero accounting software.
  • Verify and reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Coordinate and process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Compile and analyze detailed financial reports and summaries.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
  • Create ad-hoc financial reports and analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in accounting or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in office administration or executive support.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Background in payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with producing operational reports.
  • Experience in coordinating administrative tasks.
