At Earth Homecare Products (Philippines), Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments, including but not limited to managing day-to-day office operations, processing incoming correspondences and deliveries, and ensuring proper filing of office records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office orderliness, regular maintenance schedule, coordinating repairs, etc.
  • Process all incoming correspondences and deliveries, route to other departments when necessary
  • Ensure proper filing of office records, including scanning and photocopying

You will also be responsible for handling petty cash fund, preparing payment request forms for admin-related billings, and providing general administrative support to all departments. Additionally, you will be required to handle procurement process from sourcing to payment of administrative needs and support various departments and executives on additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree graduate of any course
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in providing administrative support
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in operating office equipment and knowledgeable with office software applications
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
