
Senior Sales Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Executive to drive sales expansion and revenue growth in the US recruiting market. This is a hands-on role built for someone who can own the sales cycle, coach junior reps, and potentially step into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning outbound sales execution to close 3–4 new clients per quarter, especially in healthcare and professional services.
- Leading outbound efforts, refining messaging, and building campaigns for high-impact roles.
- Jumping on discovery calls with prospects and guiding them from interest to contract signing.
- Building and coaching a lean sales engine by mentoring a junior researcher.
- Collaborating with email marketers and SDRs to boost outbound performance.
- Maintaining clean reporting in Salesforce and tracking conversion metrics.
- 3–7 years of closing experience in US/UK staffing or RPO firms.
- Proven success in hitting $1M+ annual sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of direct-hire placements, especially in healthcare or accounting.
- Comfort working with SDRs and managing KPIs in Salesforce.
- Driven, process-oriented, and hungry to grow into a leadership role.
