We are seeking an exceptional Sales Business Expansion Specialist to join our team. This role will involve connecting with potential customers, sparking conversations, and opening doors for new business opportunities.
You will utilize our innovative tools and strategies to expand our reach, take on new challenges, and grow your skills while making a real impact on our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify business opportunities and initiate sales calls to prospective leads or clients.
- Generate new leads through cold calls and emails.
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leads.
- Provide detailed insights and context on prospects to the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system, tracking lead status and engagement.
- Regularly report on key metrics, including pipeline growth, number of qualified leads, and conversion rates.
- Minimum 2 years SDR or sales and marketing experience in Logistics industry.
- Excellent communication skills (English both written and verbal).
- Can work independently and under pressure.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
