Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to drive business expansion through strategic outreach and relationship building. This role involves proactively identifying potential clients, cultivating strong connections, and positioning our solutions as the ideal choice for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to engage with homeowners using pre-qualified lead lists.
  • Foster professional conversations to understand the seller's circumstances and assess their interest in real estate solutions.
  • Evaluate leads by determining motivation, property conditions, and overall suitability.
  • Promote the benefits of selling and highlight how our solutions can address their concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
