Business Growth Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time position responsible for driving market expansion, building client relationships, conducting training sessions, and managing sales operations. This will involve making around 20-30 calls per day. We are currently in two markets, Dallas and Charlotte. You will work closely with the CEO and CTO on a weekly basis and there is ample opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Reach out to small businesses and vendors to introduce them to our platform
  • Clearly communicate the value of joining our marketplace
  • Manage and track outreach using HubSpot CRM
  • Support vendor onboarding and handoff to internal teams
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to refine strategy and improve performance
Requirements
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy, with hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs
  • Bonus points if you've worked in a marketplace or startup environment
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for excellence
  • Excellent communication skills (you will make calls/zooms with providers)
