**Client Growth Strategist Opportunity**
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Client Growth Strategist to drive revenue expansion from existing customers. You will collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors and Customer Success Teams to achieve success and unlock growth potential for our clients.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from existing customers.
- Position the company effectively to win additional revenue through strategic business expansion and renewals.
- Work with customer success teams to deliver committed results for our clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients to help them promote company success with other prospects.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, engage in solutioning client needs through new modules, and deepen client relationships.
- Lead at industry events/conferences by actively networking and promoting the company value proposition.
- Be a trusted advisor to client CXOs and define Human Capital strategy for the organization.
Key Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 Years of Experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales.
- Experience in People Advisory or Solution-oriented consulting roles is preferred.
- Comfortable with flexible work timings and travel.
- Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
- Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
