We are seeking a skilled Remote Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with customers, promote products and services, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship building.

To be successful in this position, you'll need to have prior call center experience, reside within 80km of our office, and possess a strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Promote and sell products and services effectively
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have prior call center experience
  • Have a strong command of the English language
  • Have typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Have familiarity with Windows operating systems

Other Information

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.

The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
