
Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Business Development Specialists who will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies. They analyze business processes and finances, implement business plans, and establish effective networks.
Scope and Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies for sales and marketing promotion; Assist in sales activities of Salesman and in-house Sales.
- Saturate and visit all Hardware stores in assigned areas and provide management with usable data for strategy formulation; Secure business deals by promoting RSK Group in assigned area.
- Track and Monitor Consultants Projects and Specification.
- Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement.
- Answers questions from clients.
- Send report to immediate supervisor/ manager and also to the management re: updates and insights related to work and suggest recommending ideas for the improvement of products and services.
- Responsible for maintaining close relationship with existing clients.
- Assist in day-to-day documentation like preparation of RFQ, reply to customers' requests and perform activities in aid of salesman.
- Acquires new customers, retains and expands existing customer relationship.
- Responsible for meeting sales volume and revenue goals and standards for activity, such as number of sales, inquiries, etc.;
- Research clients base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
- Performs other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Education and Training Requirements:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in business, marketing management or similar related fields.
- Knowledge and application of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
