Sales Process Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Process Specialist to join our team in Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating sales processes, analyzing business performance, and supporting members of our Partner Program.

As a Sales Process Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's success by ensuring governance and compliance, contributing to the integrity of sales opportunities, order processes, and business rules.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar role, with a strong interest in data evaluations and data architecture. They should possess excellent critical thinking abilities, a strong business acumen, and a solid grasp of business processes.

The successful candidate will also have a curious mindset and eagerness to learn, as well as be self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to take initiative and see projects through to completion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Discount Verification: Follow established procedures to validate correct discounts have been applied to orders and communicate with sales heads for approvals.
  2. Reporting and Dashboards: Monitor and retrieve data from dashboards and apply custom filtering to identify accounts that need merging.
  3. Data Assessment: Extract, clean, and evaluate account data from CRM systems to identify duplicate data records, new vs. repeat business, and sales activity at UR customers across multiple UR partners.
  4. Data Quality Management: Use research within and outside CRM systems to update and combine data points on accounts and opportunities records at UR customers.
  5. Coordination: Interact cross-functionally with departments and third-party vendors while consistently meeting deadlines.
  6. System Improvement: Improve process efficiency by escalating opportunities for automated tasks within account merging, duplicate identification, and deal registration processes.
