Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Performance Catalyst to join our team. As the first point of contact for our ideal clients, you will be responsible for connecting them with game-changing entrepreneurs and solutions that transform their businesses.

You will work closely with a serial entrepreneur and an incredible team that is redefining how founders operate with world-class Executive Assistants and AI.

Your mission will be to achieve a 50/50 split focus: closing incoming pipeline and sourcing new lead opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Convert warm leads into booked sales calls.
  • Nurture prospects through strategic follow-up.
  • Qualify leads for sales-ready appointments.

  • Engage with Instagram conversations and convert them to calls.
  • Manage multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting.
  • Schedule qualified meetings that show up and close.
  • Track all activities and maintain detailed prospect records in CRM management.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years appointment setting or inside sales experience.
  • Proven track record hitting quotas and show-up rates.
  • Experience with Instagram, email, and phone prospecting.
  • Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
