Job Title: Sales Performance Optimizer
Description:

To ensure seamless sales operations, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Sales Performance Optimizer. This position involves regular analysis of sales documents, identification of discrepancies, and prompt reporting thereof.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent research skills, allowing them to respond effectively to client inquiries and provide well-timed answers. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation files, preparing periodic reports (deviation reports, unsettled shortages, etc.), and ensuring compliance with existing policies among sales personnel.

A key aspect of this role is developing automated applications to increase productivity, eliminate duplications, and coordinate information requirements. The Sales Performance Optimizer will also provide valuable financial advice to the sales team to minimize control risk.

Furthermore, this individual will participate in process improvement projects and support management directives. They will initiate control measures in all aspects of settlement transactions and activities while safeguarding the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy
  • At least 1-3 years of work experience in a related field
