We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to generate new business opportunities, engage healthcare decision-makers, and support our rapidly growing sales pipeline. This role is critical in driving growth through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and market intelligence.

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify prospective clients through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualification: Conduct needs assessments to determine suitability and align opportunities with business objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with key decision-makers, including oncologists, surgeons, clinic administrators, ASC leaders, and hospital executives.
  • Trade Shows & Events: Identify relevant industry conferences and provide on-site assistance when required.
  • Sales Support: Develop an understanding of products and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team for smooth handovers and provide sales insights.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer needs while providing regular reports on outreach metrics and conversion performance.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, experience with cold calling, and prior experience in Health IT sales. Essential skills include exceptional verbal and written English skills, familiarity with lead generation tools, and CRM systems.
