Set and execute aggressive sales strategies to consistently exceed targets, fostering a high-performance culture. Build a top-tier sales team by attracting and retaining the best industry talents. Qualifications : 3-5 years of Real Estate EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of Team Management & Leadership skills in real estate. Bachelor's Degree is a MUST (4 yrs college).
Licensed Real Estate Broker. Competency in recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams. MUST have a ready Sales Team: 3 SM & 3 PS.
