Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished support professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences to our clients.

  • Respond to inbound calls within an acceptable timeframe and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Make outbound calls when necessary to address customer issues and adopt a "First Time Right" approach to resolve inquiries on the spot where possible.
  • Manage a queue of tickets with competing priorities, triage or action tickets via outbound calls, emails, or chats, and escalate tickets to internal teams as needed.
  • Provide consistent and regular updates to customers on active issues according to service level agreements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a support or service role, preferably in finance-related areas.
  • Lending experience, especially in consumer-facing or phone roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical expertise and ability to navigate new systems easily.
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work in an agile environment.
