Remote Customer Experience Specialist

We're looking for individuals who can deliver exceptional customer experiences remotely. As a remote support specialist, you'll be the face of our company, handling inquiries and providing timely solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional manner
- Use Shopify and Gorgias to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
