Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Experience Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promptly responding to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of client information at all times.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Providing polite, helpful, and professional service to customers at all times.
  • Conducting outbound calls to customers as required.
  • Processing emails and other customer correspondence.
  • Escalating serious complaints or issues that cannot be resolved by the specialist.
  • Liaising with colleagues and managers to find solutions to customers' problems.
  • Identifying common issues and suggesting improvements to management.
  • Sharing customer feedback with colleagues and departments to improve products and services.
  • Familiarizing oneself with new products and services as they are introduced.
  • Attending workshops and meetings as required.
  • Aiding and supporting new customer service agents.
  • Improving customer value by maximizing conversion and retention opportunities using company marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a voice customer service specialist.
  • Experience in gaming accounts is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates, beginners, and shifters are welcome to apply.
  • 40 wpm typing speed.
  • Good command of written English and local Tagalog language.
  • Natural conversation skills in English and local Tagalog language.
  • Will to work on shifting schedules and holidays.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with basic office applications.
