Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Lead to oversee our customer service team and drive exceptional results. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that delivers outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service specialists to provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
