Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer support specialists and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement effective customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a management capacity
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and achieving excellent customer satisfaction ratings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
