Job Overview

This role involves providing administrative and technical support to a busy solo entrepreneur, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in virtual administration or executive support, preferably for a solo entrepreneur or small business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage speaking engagements from inquiry to completion.
  • Coordinate calendars with meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Provide technical support with automation tools, CRM systems, and AI workflows.
  • Support leadership and women's intuition programs with preparation and logistics.
  • Handle email correspondence and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Draft, send, and track invoices for accuracy and follow-up.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in virtual administration or executive support.

  • Proficiency with administrative and communication tools, including automation and AI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization, and ability to work independently with attention to detail.
