We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day business operations, including workflow management, calendar organization, and travel coordination.
- Coordinate client onboarding, contract management, and project setup.
- Prepare intelligence briefings for workshops and meetings.
- Support trade mission logistics, partner engagement, and milestones.
- Review AI outputs for quality and accuracy.
- Format and enhance client-facing presentations and reports.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator role, supporting senior executives or founders in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently, with a focus on results-driven deliverables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with discretion and integrity.
- Familiarity with CRM software, pipeline management, and thought leadership/marketing distribution.
- Experience working with AI tools, such as Google Gemini/Gemma, for drafting, research, and workflow optimization.
