
Real Estate Business Operations Coordinator

This is a unique partnership opportunity that requires the strategic backbone of a fast-growing real estate business. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting founders or executives, preferably in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Inbox and Communications Management: Triage, respond to, and manage communications with clients, team members, and industry partners, anticipating needs and resolving disruptions.
- Strategic Calendar Management: Optimize the dynamic calendar across multiple time zones and ensure preparedness and timeliness.
- Project and Deal Flow Support: Drive communication and follow-up on key real estate initiatives and deals to keep priorities moving forward and deadlines met.
- Travel and Logistics Coordination: Handle professional and personal travel logistics end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution.
- Personal Support: Manage personal logistics to ensure life runs smoothly, including personal appointments and coordinating tasks.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and address administrative and operational bottlenecks before they become problems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a high-level Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager, preferably supporting founders or executives.
- Exceptional, world-class communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex logistical problems with autonomy and creativity.
- Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and modern productivity tools.
