Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and document preparation. They will also assist in coordinating operational projects and initiatives, maintaining organized filing systems, and facilitating collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior executives, encompassing calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Operational Coordination: Assist in planning and executing operational projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Filing and Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, promoting efficient workflow processes and information accessibility.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct research and prepare reports to inform decision-making by senior management, leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategic growth.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed, ensuring smooth logistical execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role is essential.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Tech Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools is required.
