Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

The role of a Business Operations Coordinator plays a critical part in the efficient management of organizational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Efficiency and Project Management:
    • Safeguard the implementation, supervision, and evaluation of programs and projects across various departments.
    • Ensure standard protocols for program execution, reporting formats, and timelines are adopted by project teams.
    • Support the development of budget allocations and resource planning.
    • Determine areas of operational inefficiency and propose enhancements to improve productivity and project outcomes.
  • Staff Coordination and Supervision:
    • Directly oversee team members in meeting deliverables and organizational expectations.
    • Organize regular meetings and performance reviews with team members.
    • Facilitate staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth activities.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting:
    • Implement robust monitoring and evaluation systems for all projects.
    • Compile project reports and data into comprehensive internal and external reports.
    • Review reports, assess project risks, and ensure documentation standards.
  • Strategic and Administrative Support:
    • Collaborate with the Executive Director in implementing strategic plans, annual work plans, and organizational goals.
    • Act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in the absence of the Executive Director, as assigned.
  • Stakeholder Coordination and Representation:
    • Leverage marketing and communications strategies to promote the organization.
    • Manage content creation and adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Nurture relationships with partners, donors, and stakeholders to support projects and initiatives.
