We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at OpenText (Philippines), Inc.
The Opportunity:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes from our products and services. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored support to meet their expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs to ensure customers are fully utilizing our products and services.
- Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and deliver enhanced customer experiences.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A proven track record of success in delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
