Customer Service Director

At Sysgen RPO, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Candidate to fill the position of HR Relations and Customer Care Manager. The successful individual will be responsible for managing and monitoring the Customer Services Team to ensure that Service Level Standards (SLS) are being followed and met.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Previous managerial work experience in Customer Services or Human Relations is preferred, along with strong management and interpersonal skills.
The selected individual will also be responsible for providing timely feedback and reporting progress to top management regarding the overall performance of the Customer Service Team. Additionally, they will handle client-related documentations and project a professional company image through various interactions.
This role reports directly to the President & Managing Director and involves discharging various functions such as Recruitment and Hiring, Training and Development, Employer-Employee Relations, Employee Rewards, and Maintaining Company Culture.
