The role of Strategic Liaison and Coordination Specialist is to serve as the key point of contact for the Managing Director, acting as a liaison among executives, employees, clients, and external partners. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:



  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners for the Managing Director
  • Manages the Managing Director's diary, schedules meetings, and appointments
  • Prepares minutes of meetings attended, distributes, and follows through
  • Researches and gathers data/information to prepare documents or proposals required by the Managing Director
  • Provides general administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Performs other functions and similar tasks as assigned

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or marketing course or equivalent curriculum
  • At least 5 years of working experience
  • Fluent in oral and written English communication
  • Knowledgeable and familiar with MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to work in Taguig City
