About the Job
This role involves providing technical support to patients, parents, and caregivers affected by diabetes. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to Dexcom mobile apps, cloud software, and associated hardware, ensuring that patients receive high-quality support and can use our CGM technology as intended.
