We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at GESG. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative support in various aspects of the business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling manual payroll computations and government-mandated benefits, as well as performing various administrative tasks. They will work closely with the management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manual Payroll Computations: Accurately calculate and process employee salaries, including deductions and benefits.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including correspondence, data entry, and record-keeping.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in manual payroll computations and government-mandated benefits.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to work onsite in Tandang Sora, Quezon City from Mondays to Fridays.
