About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City. This is a hybrid setup position with 12 days onsite work.

Job Summary

This role requires someone with at least 3 years of general human resource and administrative services experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruitment, compensation & benefits, travel management, purchasing, occupational health & safety guidelines, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment processes, including advertising job openings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews
  • Coordinate benefits and compensation packages for employees, ensuring compliance with government-mandated requirements
  • Oversee travel arrangements and manage expenses related to business trips
  • Process purchases and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on employee data, benefits, and other administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field; post-graduate diploma or master's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in general human resource and administrative services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate effectively
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and tech tools used by the company

Working Conditions
