Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to lead our sales department and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and target goals
  • Lead the sales department in driving business growth and expansion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive sales initiatives
  • Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering-related field
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of success
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales tools, preferably in a manufacturing environment
