Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high-quality and customer service-focused experience for everyone at Deputy.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and consider how to innovate and advance the People Operations backbone.
HR Administration
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Manage employee data while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Ensure rigorous quality assurance processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
