Job Title

People Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional employee experiences by providing empathetic and customer-focused support.
  • Support employee inquiries, leveraging high-level customer service skills to drive innovative People Operations solutions.
HR Administration
  • Assist with the entire employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding to offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in HRIS systems.
  • Manage employee data in HRIS systems while ensuring data accuracy and integrity, meeting employee experience processes for referral payments, sign-on bonuses, etc.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Implement rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ensure the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Keep the People Ops playbook updated with documented processes and links.
  • Administer Lattice, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations via 'Updates'.
  • Report on people initiatives as required, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations.
Employee Relations
  • Triage Zendesk tickets within 24 hours, ensuring timely responses.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
Work Arrangements

This role will be working remotely and on a fixed-term contract.
