Job Opportunity

A renowned organization is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to spearhead its HR functions.

This role will involve providing guidance and comprehensive support to clients as they expand their service offerings.

The position is a full-time, remote opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire spectrum of HR activities for clients; monitor policies, processes, systems, and other initiatives
  • Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolutions
  • Align HR initiatives and people strategy with business objectives, including supporting employee development, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Establish relationships as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, participating in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
  • Proactively identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Develop new HR policies, review existing policies, tools, and processes to ensure agility in meeting changing business conditions, work environments, and evolving needs
  • Leverage technology and HRIS to optimize workflow and boost productivity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven track record with at least 7 years of experience managing a diverse HR team
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge, opportunities, and experiences
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a deep understanding of benefits administration
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to changing dynamics
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Experience supporting professional services firms preferred
  • Multi-state and/or site support experience preferred
