Job Overview:

HR Generalist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to manage various tasks, including US-specific HR compliance and payroll management. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling 1099 contractors, W-4 forms, and maintaining employee records.

The selected individual will be responsible for supporting payroll processing using ADP or similar systems, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Additionally, they will develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the company's growth needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage HR compliance tasks, including contractor and employee record maintenance.
  2. Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely execution.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  4. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors.
  5. Address employee inquiries and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  6. Track expenses and reconcile financial transactions.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in ADP payroll software and ability to navigate complex HR systems.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in managing US-specific HR tasks, including compliance and payroll management.
  3. Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to foster positive workplace relationships.
  4. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and experience using tools like QuickBooks or Xero.
  5. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for creating and analyzing financial reports.
  6. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
