The HR Generalist is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and policy administration. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

* Participate in HR team meetings and events.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

* at least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related role.

* Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
