Customer Support Specialist Job Description

This role involves working independently and as part of the support team to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SQL databases, data analysis, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing incidents, problems, and change requests on a support portal.
  • Diagnosing and addressing operational data issues using Microsoft SQL Management.
  • Providing excellent communication skills to comprehend technical information related to software, hardware, and network systems.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of SQL Databases and data analysis techniques.
  • Good knowledge of data manipulation languages (DML) and database querying languages.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Base Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation in the food and beverage industries.
