Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience squad, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the continued support and success of our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer tickets efficiently, addressing issues professionally, and escalating concerns to appropriate teams as needed.
Responsibilities:- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to our platform in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the wider team to provide best practice system use and education to customers
- Proactively analyze product functionality and identify user errors and root causes
- Conduct triage of customer support issues and assign to the appropriate team or resolve where possible
- 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service/support environment
- Relevant Australian payroll experience
- Prior experience in a SaaS customer experience environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Flexible working hours
