We seek a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our users, resolving complex issues efficiently and effectively.
This role involves leveraging new technology to build processes that enhance efficiency, developing self-service opportunities, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist users with their queries via various channels.
- Resolve customer concerns, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot login issues, user-reported bugs, billing/payment queries, and other platform-related problems.
- Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and provide timely and accurate feedback.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve platform issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or information technology.
- Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle advantageous.
- Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of the product and common issues.
