We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
- Provide technical assistance to customers via multiple channels, utilizing your knowledge of software products and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues to share updates, manage expectations, and ask questions early.
- Collaborate with the Support team through established channels to respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and our Research and Development team.
- Represent the organization with professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex ideas to non-technical individuals.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively to achieve team objectives.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to learn and develop business and technical skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
