We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a fractional capacity. This role requires expertise in technical support, customer interactions via inbound and outbound calls, product demonstrations, and CRM systems.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with technical issues and product inquiries.
- Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality.
- Provide tech support and troubleshooting assistance with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an accessible way.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple client accounts.
