Drone Partnership Development Specialist

We seek an experienced and proactive Lead Generator to identify, research, and recruit high-potential drone operators for our global network. The role involves outreach, scheduling meetings, and conducting discovery calls to assess potential partners' experience and fit within our inspection framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Acquisition:
  • Utilize LinkedIn, industry databases, and referrals to research and identify top drone operators (freelancers & companies).
  • Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce our drone partner program and explain the benefits of collaboration.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their experience, equipment, and availability for partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Discovery Calls & Relationship Building:
  • Schedule and conduct thorough discovery calls to explain our business model, partnership opportunities, and the value we offer.
  • Gather insights into the potential partners' inspection experience, drone capabilities, and willingness to collaborate and grow together.
  • Identify high-potential candidates and present them to the Drone Partner Recruitment Manager for onboarding and further development.
  • Build lasting relationships with drone operators to foster engagement, trust, and long-term partnership.
  • Collaboration & Performance Tracking:
  • Work closely with the Drone Partner Recruitment and Operations Teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes and effective partnership management.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as lead conversion rates, outreach success, and engagement metrics to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Provide valuable feedback on industry trends and outreach effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, or recruitment with a focus on technology and innovation.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with stakeholders and identify potential partnerships.
  • Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with drone operators and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and evaluate key performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of the drone industry, inspections, or aerial imaging is an asset but not required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
