Electronics Engineer – Drone PCB & Power Systems

Philippines | Full-time | International Drone Company

We are an international drone company expanding operations in the Philippines and seeking an Electronics Engineer to support the design, integration, and optimization of power and electronic systems for small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop PCB boards and electronic systems for drones and related products.
  • Streamline electronic modules and layouts for efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and multidisciplinary teams on system integration.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize electronics for performance and safety.
  • Support prototype builds, testing, and iterative design improvements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, schematics, and specifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in PCB design, electronics integration, or product development.
  • Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or similar).
  • Knowledge of power systems, electronic components, and communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • (Preferred) Experience or interest in UAVs, drones, or related technologies.
  • Philippine citizenship is required for this position.
