
Strategic Partnership Developer

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity that requires an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record.
What You Will Be Doing:- Create curated lists of high-potential partners, leveraging AI insights to inform your decisions.
- Develop tailored onboarding experiences that enable partners to successfully integrate our AI products into their business.
- Transform newly onboarded partners into active sellers who consistently deliver results within our AI-driven ecosystem.
- Managing underperforming partnerships that are not aligned with our vision.
- Following outdated playbooks that focus on relationship maintenance rather than driving growth.
- Waiting for inbound partner inquiries or spending excessive time on negotiations.
- Creating manual reports and spreadsheets when AI can deliver better insights faster.
- Generate revenue by identifying, onboarding, and activating high-potential partners who are eager to leverage bleeding-edge AI solutions.
- Advanced generative AI proficiency, including the ability to automate workflows and build custom GPTs.
- At least 2 years of channel sales experience, specifically in sourcing and onboarding new partners.
