Job Title: Business Development Specialist

This is a challenging role for someone who enjoys building relationships and is passionate about providing value to businesses through strategic partnerships. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify prospects for our premium staff augmentation services by conducting professional phone calls and assessments.
  • Educate potential clients about the benefits of our embedded partnership model, including cost savings and improved operational efficiency.
  • Schedule high-quality discovery calls with our CEO for qualified prospects.
  • Provide comprehensive prospect briefings, including pain points, infrastructure assessment, and qualification scores.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Proven ability to conduct consultative conversations and handle objections professionally.
  • Experience in B2B lead qualification, inside sales, or customer service, preferably in the BPO/Staffing industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead scoring systems, and qualification frameworks.
