About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, relationship-focused marketer who can wear two hats:

  1. Affiliate Partnerships – Recruit, onboard, and engage high-quality affiliate partners to build a high-performing program.
  2. Media Relations – Pitch to established press contacts, nurture journalist relationships, and secure earned coverage to amplify brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across relevant categories (e.g., media, deal sites, influencers, reward sites, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates for consistent engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost affiliate acquisition, engagement, and sales performance to meet KPIs.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact), including approvals, tracking, reporting, and payouts.
  • Create promotional calendars and content guidelines to align affiliates with product launches and campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for ROI.
  • Collaborate with PR, influencer marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and identify growth opportunities.

Media Relations

  • Leverage media contact lists to pitch product stories, launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Maintain ongoing journalist relationships with consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate media outreach with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Track and report on media coverage.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, PR, partnerships, or related marketing roles.
  • Proven track record in affiliate partner recruitment and management.
  • Experience pitching to journalists and securing media coverage.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Impact, CJ, ShareASale, etc.) and media tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
